The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park has been adopted as the design of the Japan 47 Prefectures Coins

The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park featuring the "Memorial Monument for Hiroshima, City of Peace" has been adopted as the design for one of the Japan 47 Prefectures Coins which will be issued to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the Enforcement of the Local Autonomy Law by the Japanese Ministry of Finance.
